Arrests: Theft of a Firearm, Use of Drug Paraphernalia

Rickie Carter, 26, of 759 Hope Street, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Isaac Chatman, 25, of 108 Denver Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Wednesday for possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, criminal possession of a firearm and theft of a firearm.
Ruth Green, 46, of 825 East Main Street, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for psosession of a controlled substance.

Shaeyannah Kidd, 18, of 13 Carroll Street, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear in court in the second-degree.
Christopher Simeone, 18, of 12 Hoover Ave., Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for use of drug paraphernalia and possession of liquor in public by a minor.
