Rolando Cruz, 37, 147 Grove Street, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for violation of a protective order, breach of peace, resisting an officer, third degree assault, second degree strangulation, and interfering with an emergency call.
Anatanisha D. Foskey, 28, 27 Leeds Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for sixth degree larceny.
