Arrests: Second-Degree Forgery, Disorderly Conduct

Lucia Benetiz, 50, of 86 Lafayette Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Christian Berrio, 26, of 293 Buren Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree criminal trespassing.

Jeffrey Burgos, 42, of 640 Rosedale Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested Monday for risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Paul Defelece, 55, of 150 West Cedar Street, Norwalk, was arrested Monday for second-degree breach of peace and reckless driving.

Earl Garner, 37, of 45 Soundview Place, Stamford, was arrested Monday for creating a public disturbance, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Miguel Garrido, 30, of 22 Stephen Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for second-degree forgery, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to have headlamps.

Juan Ilanor, 33, of 7 Woodrow Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Stephanie McCall, 29, of 45 Soundview Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for second-degree breach of peace.

Edwin Paz, 34, of 150 N. Middletown Road, Pearl River, NY, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Kelly Pena, 23, of 87 Lafayette Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Sandra Snell, 40, of 36 Finney Lane, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.
