Arrests: Second-Degree Breach of Peace, Sixth-Degree Larceny

Gloria Alvarracin-Moren, 36, of 246 Greenwich Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for sixth-degree larceny.

Martin Goodwin, 47, of 71 Henry Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree criminal trespassing.

Jefferey Payne, 40, of 118 Woodside Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a child and interfering with an officer.

Camillo Puerta, 18, of 40 Warren Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for possession of a controlled substance.

Diego Ramirez, 20, of 227 Shippan Ave., Stamford, was arrested onday for failure to appear in court in the second degree.

Kamar Scotland, 26, of 43 Doa Street, was arrested Monday for second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.
