Arrests: Sale of a Controlled Substance, Creating a Public Disturbance

Lucien Agenor, 26, of 45 Sheridan St., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for possesion of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance near a school, housing development or daycare center and three counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

Danny Aguayo, 28, of 1585 Lion Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance near a school, housing development or daycare center and three counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

Stanley Ferris, 20, of 21 Robert Court, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for failure to appear in court in the first degree and failure to appear in court in the second degree.

Marilyn Lee, 56, of 159 South Lexington, White Plains, NY, was arrested Tuesday for fifth-degree larceny and failure to appear in court in the second degree.

Miguel Palencia, 27, of 9 Sherman Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for failure to appear in court in the second degree and failure to respond to an infraction.

Jennifer Palmer, 18, of 24 Madison Place, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for creating a public disturbance.

Devon Pearson, 23, of 504 Wilmot Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for failure to appear in court in the second degree.
