Arrests: Resisting an Officer, Assault, Creating a Public Disturbance

Tone E. Birittieri, 45, 36 Francis Lane, Greenwich, was arrested Friday for violation of probation.

Francisco A. Bustillo, 32, 145 Spruce Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday and charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child, unlawful restraint, third degree assault, violation of a protective order, unlawful restraint, and criminal mischief.

Tiffany Coonan, 33, Jersey City, NJ, was arrested on Friday for third degree assault, breach of peace, criminal mischief, and creating a public disturbance.

Theresa Davis, 32, 126 Henry Street, was arrested Friday for resisting an officer.

German Figueroa, 30, 5 Ridge Place, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for resisting an officer, failure to use a seat belt, and violation of probation.

Michael Fishman-Spiegelman, 44, 52 Willard Terrace, Stamford, was arrested Monday for third degree assault.

Robert Jones, 34, 180 Wardwell Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Earline Kidd, 39, 13 Carroll Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Victor Larrea, 56, 78 Horton Street, Stamford, was arrested Friday for sixth degree larceny.

Ruben Martinez-Mendez, 48, 58 Victory Street, Stamford, was arrested Friday for evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to drive in the proper lane, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Mandy McCreedy, 33, 634 Hope Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct.

Carolina Ortiz, 25, 5 Ivy Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Jorge Rodas, 32, 20 Fairfield Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Saturday for reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle.

Vincent Rodriguez, 34, Jersey City, New Jersey, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of third degree assault, creating a public disturbance, breach of peace, resisting an officer, and criminal trespass.

Noemi Roman, 34, 180 Wardwell Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Vanessa Ruiz, 26, 13 Vanburen Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Saturday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to carry an operator's license, and failure to drive right.

Terrill Speight, 39, 18 Palmer Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct.

Angel Uribe, 47, 161 Culloden Road, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Jeffrey M. Vlash, 37, 2987 High Ridge Road, Stamford, was arrested Friday and charged with two separate counts of violation of probation.
