Arrests: Public Indecency, Robbery, Larceny

Franics Michael Baldassare, 24, 172 Vine Road, Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for violation of probation.

Alex Bustillo-Chieas, 33, 62 Stillwater Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for improper reflector, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Karl Cineus, 27, 45 Elmcroft Road, Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle whle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

David Delvey, 40, 1285 Hope St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Akeem Grant, 24, 235 W. Main St., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for second degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and possession of a controlled substance.

Jose Roberto Hernandez, 42, 597 S. Pacific St., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Ronald Loarte-Munoz, 26, 101 William St., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle, and disobeying the signal of a police officer.

Joseph Lucien, 46, 42 Merrell Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for six separate counts of probation violation.

Anthony Mayberry, 52, 753 Atlantic St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for public indecency and disorderly conduct.

William Mimms, 51, 16 Forest St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for sixth degree larcency.
