Arrests: Possession of Liquor in Public By a Minor

Matthew Alexandre, 21, of 12 Castle Court, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a child and violation of a protective order.

Christopher Gardella, 33, of 300 E. 63th Street, New York, NY, was arrested Friday for illegaly obstructing a free passage.

Anne Mallin, 19, of 66 Sasco Hill Road, Fairfield, was arrested Thursday for possession of a liquor in public by a minor and second-degree breach of peace.

Marcos Pichardo-Valerio, 24, of 86 Leichester Street, Port Chester, NY, was arrested Thursday for failure to grant right of way, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and operation of a motor vehicle without a license.

Rolando Sandoval, 55, of 1444 Summer Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for failure to drive right  and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Henry Sical-Reyes, 25, of 56 Lockwood Ave., Old Greenwich, was arrested Friday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, not adhering to traffic control signals, improper operation of a motor vehicle on the highway, interfering with an officers and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension.

Shelton Sittol, 31, of 71 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested Thursday for disordely conduct and two counts of risk of injury to a child.

Michelle Tomczyk, 52, of 125 Crystal Lake Road, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for disorderly conduct.

Katherine Ann Travers, 19, of 171 Castle Ridge Road, Manhasset, NY, was arrested Thursday for second-degree breach of peace.

James Wendell, 24, of 8 Windsor Road, Darien, was arrested Thursday for third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
