Arrests: Murder, Operation of a Drug Factory, 2nd Degree Strangulation

Rondell Cook, 22, 42 Merrel Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for 3rd degree assault, 2nd degree strangulation, and disorderly conduct.

Joao Pablo Gallegos, 21, 145 Frederick St., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for 2nd degree forgery and failure to respond to a payable violation.

Bobby Garrett, 33, 56 Willowbrook Rd., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphenelia.

Michael Goetz, 52, 21 Branch Ln., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for creating a public disturbance.

Shermiah Henderson, 29, 95 Dean St., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for possession of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance, and operation of a drug factory.

Rayon Hines, 32, 15 Court St., Stamford, was on Thursday for murder.

Douglas Kempher, 19, 60 Ridge Brook Dr., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for possession of a controlled substance.

Caitlin McDonough, 22, 30 Beaver Hill Rd., Elmsford, NY, was arrested on Thursday for interfering with police.

Alexandria Pollio, 19, 68 Summit Ridge Rd., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for 2nd degree forgery.

Julio Poveda-Lamota, 21, 1 Walter Ave., Norwalk, was arrested on Thursday for illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, causing unnescessary noise, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Krishna Ramdeo, 24, 130 East Ave., Norwalk, was arrested on Thursday for violation of a protective order.

Abraham Reyes, 31, 52 Fairfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for 3rd degree assault and disorderly conduct.
