Arrests: Identity Theft, Sale of Certain Illegal Drugs, Possession of Narcotics

Michael A. Gian, 50, 40 Puritan Lane, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday and charged with four counts of sale of certain illegal drugs and four counts of narcotics possession.
Diego R. Luna, 23, 20 Kent Place, Cos Cob, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two separate counts of violation.
Wilson Menendez-Colindres, 27, 151 Roxspring Road, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for creating a public disturbance.
