Arrests: First-Degree Sexual Assault, Second-Degree Larceny

Elizabeth Balanta, 24, of 12 Columbus Place, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Vance Barnes, 19, of 88 Highland Circle, Newark, DE, was arrested Friday for failure to appear in court in the second-degree.

Alguy Blanc, 33, of 118 Frederick Street, Stamford, was arrested Friday for four counts of risk of injury to a child and three counts of sexual assault of a minor.

Suzanne Daly, 47, of 721 Cove Road, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct.

Daniel Garrido, 36, of 43 Dora Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for two counts of a evading responsibility for property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Clive Haynes, 28, of 14 Cowing Court, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Huber Lim, 24, of 95 Greenwich Ave., Stamford, was arrested Saturday for failure to register for a commercial motor vehicle, improper use of a marker, illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a license class violation and failure to insure a private motor vehicle.

Hardeep Meatia, 31, of 65 Prospect Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for creating a public disturbance.

April Morgan, 30, of 108 Woodside Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for sixth-degree larceny.

Jose Perez, 26, of 159 Knickerboker Avenue, Stamford, was arrested Monday for unsafe backing, operating a motor vehicle without a license, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to appear in court in the second-degree.

Bernard Simpkin, 68, of 25 Washington Court, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.
