Arrests: First-Degree Larceny, Narcotics Possession

Marcus Butler, 21, of 1 Lawn Avenue, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree breach of peace and second-degree strangulation.
Daniel Tichy, 34, of 61 Shelton Road, Oxford, was arrested Wednesday for third-degree burglary and first-degree larceny.
Mathew Ward, 57, of 17 Forest Street, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for failure to keep narcotics in organized container and possession of narcotics.
