Arrests: First-Degree Criminal Mischief, Reckless Driving

Jose Aquino, 24, of 45 Stephen Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, operation of a motor vehicle without a license, improper use of colored lights, illegal use of a tinted glass and possession of narcotics.

Marlon Brown, 24, of 54 Taff Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Canell, 24, of 12 Michael Street, Ansonia, was arrested Monday for interfering with an officer.

Charley Costillo-Meti, of 47 Sherman Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to display lights, possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer.

Louis Digiorgio, 22, of 12 Palmer Street, Cos Cob, was arrested Sunday for reckless driving.

Thomas Fedock, 27, of 73 Wepawaug Drive, Milford, was arrested Monday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to display lights and carrying a firearm under the influence.

Carlos Garcia, 34, homeless, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second-degree breach of peace.

Joseph Johnson, 24, homeless, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for first-degree larceny.

Lejuane Lewis, 35, of 75 Camp Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Besnik Mariqi, 21, of 40 Travis Ave., Stamford, was arrested Saturday for failure to appear in court in the second-degree.

Stephen Minar, 26, of 25 Glenbrook Road, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Jorge Munguia, 40, of 69 Clinton Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for evading responsibility for a motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance.

Al-Dandy Parungao, 31, of 122 Morgan Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault.

Lucus Perez, 26, homeless, Stamford, was arrested on Sunday for second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Marcos Perez-Sevrano, 26,  of 312 Jefferson Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second-degree breach of peace.

Richard Testa, 41, of 63 Pershing Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Ramon Tavares-Almanzar, 25, of 2678 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1-K, Brooklyn, NY, was arrested Monday for interfering with an officer.

Georgina Vahos, 18, of 1 Barmore East Drive, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for two counts of sixth-degree larceny.
