Arrests: Failure of Sex Offender to Register, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Assault

Kenny Angarita, 27, 214 Pemberwick Road, Greenwich, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Elizabeth R. Antonucci, 28, 2644 Montauk Ave., South Merrick, NY, was arrested Thursday for attempt to commit a crime and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Robert Armstrong, 55, 32 Hanrahan Street, Stamford, was arrested Friday for improper turns and illegally operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Erick L. Brown, 37, 38 Nelson Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for violation of probation, improper use of a marker, theft of plates, operating a vehicle under suspension, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle.

Fulicia Elliot, 34, 60 Dean Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of sale of certain drugs.

Carlos M. Garcia, 34, 17 Peace Street, Stratford, was arrested Thursday for violation of probation, and failure to appear.

Randy Graterol, 23, 21 Belle Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Friday for illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Reymon Graterol, 22, 21 Belle Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Friday for failure to respond to a payable violation.

Jose Martinez, 32, 124 Conn Ave., Stamford, was arrested Friday for third degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joseph A. Messina, 22, 49 Palmer Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for possession narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonothan Sanchez-Ramos, 23, 70 Cedar Street, Norwalk, was arrested Thursday for operating a motor vehicle without a license, improper use of a marker, failure to renew registration, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and no front plate.

Scott D. Sims, 31, 126 Beach Street, Bridgeport, was arrested for criminal possesion of a pistol.

Luid A. Velez, 35, 87 Henry Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for violation of probation.
