Rolando Cruz, 37, 147 Grove St., Stamford, was arrested on Tuesday for third degree burglary and disorderly conduct.

Luis Esquivel-Juares, 25, 291 Fairfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, improper use of a marker, failure to register a commercial vehicle, operating a vehicle without a license, and illegal operation of a vehicle with minimum insurance.
Ketty Guillaume, 42, 152 Connecticut Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Tuesday for failure to appear.
