Arrests: Credit Card Theft, Third-Degree Assault

Carlos Chutan-Aquino, 29, of 425 W. Main St., Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, evading responsibility for property damage and/or injury, operation a motor vehicle without a license and failure to drive right.

Teresa D'Alessio, 21, of 94 Southfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for 14 counts of illegal use of a credit card, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, credit card theft, 19 counts of third-degree identity theft, five counts of third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

Ricky Goodrich, 31, of 39 Hillcrest Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Daniel Joyner, 21, of 50 Ridgefield Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Wednesday for criminal attempt at third-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

Jonathon Made, 28, of 171 Southfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Javier Padilla-Roblero, 19, of 1577 Watson Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested Tuesday for failure to appear in court in the second degree.
