Arrests: Conspiracy to Commit Crime, Attempt at 2nd Degree Burglary, 3rd Degree Assault

Andrew and Raul A. Arteaga, 23 and 22, 12 Underhill Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for sale of certain illegal drugs, conspiracy to commit crime, and other drug-related offenses.

Andrea Beltran, 28, 2437 Bedford Street, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct and third degree assault.

Cherry Brown, 51, 40 Stillwater Ave., was arrested Friday for sixth degree larceny.

Constance Brown, 54, 870 Hope Street, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for failure to appear.

Jessica M. Brown, 22, 266 Morning Dove Road, Naugutuck, was arrested Friday for failure to appear.

Steven Coca, 37, 27 Van Rensslaer Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for disorderly conduct and second degree threatening.

Rodney Collins, 23, 18 Victory Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for violation of a protective order, third degree assault, second degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and attempted burglary.

Robin A. DeMatteo, 47, 50 Hillandale Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Carlos Eli-Najera, 24, 23 Gregory Street, Stamford, was arrested on Saturday for evading responsibility, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Elmer Hernandez, 23, 79 Virgil Street, Stamford, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child.

Deja R. Hines, 21, 53 Clinton Ave., was arrested Sunday for third degree assault and breach of peace.

Michael P. Mahoney, 23, 56 Twinbrook Drive, Stamford, was arrested Monday for fifth degree larceny and fifth degree conspiracy.

Christie Monica, 210 Woodridge Drive S, Stamford, was arrested Saturday for creating a public disturbance.

Jose E. Montanez, 26, 100 Horace Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Saturday for second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.

Todd Pleasants, 21, 12 Ledge Road, Darien, was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of possession, another two separate charges of narcotics possession, obtaining drugs illegally, and sixth degree larceny.

Roberto A. Retana, 38, 14 Lipton Place, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to drive right.

Vitaly Rozumov, 42, 188 West Trail, Stamford, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct.

Tomas Stepura, 25, 51 Bank Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for first degree criminal trespass and resisting an officer.

Kiana E. Strickland, 22, 49 Durant Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second degree assault and breach of peace.

Maynor Vanegas, 30, 37 Oak Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for operating a motor vehicle without a license and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael Vesciglio, 25, 53 Laurel Road, Stamford, was arrested Monday for fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny.
