Arrests: Burglary, Assault, Unlawful Restraint

Pedro Belandria, 24, 154 Cold Spring Road, Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for breach of peace and unlawful restraint.

Rodney Collins, 23, 126 Pequot Dr., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for disorderly conduct.

Danna Gerena and Edgard Gerena, 32 and 53, 58 Sunrise St., Westport, were arrested on Friday and charged with one count of third degree and one count of disorderly conduct each.

Kevin Goulbourne, 38, 107 Lockwood Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for disorderly conduct.

Peterson Guerrier, 24, 40 Clinton Ave., Stamford was arrested on Thursday for creating a public disturbance and resisting an officer.

Lloyd Layton, 19, 22 Georgetown North, Greenwich, was arrested on Thursday for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Bernard Opoku, 29, 721 Walton Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested on Thursday for breach of peace.

Joaquin Patrico-Orellana, 33, 12 Stephen St., Stamford, was arrested on Friday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, operation of a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to display lights.

Christopher Simonelli, 21, 28 Pine Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for second degree threatening.

Adolfo Tibana, 51, 61 Parker St., Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Friday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to insure a private motor vehicle.

Timothy Torres, 21, 25 Herald Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested on Thursday for second degree assault and third degree assault.

Edicson Trujillo, 23, 70 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.

Jeffrey Vlash, 37, 2987 High Ride Road, Stamford, was arrested on Thursday for third degree burglary, sixth degree larceny, and possession of burgular tools.
