Arrests: 1st Degree Forgery, Risk of Injury to a Child, Reckless Endangerment

Wakil As-Mad, 37, 99 Wardwell Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for risk of injury to a child, third degree assault, reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.

Valentin Briones, 26, 110 Deacon Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for first degree forgery.

Carlos Casto-Villalobos, 32, 23 Orlando Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for third degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

Joel Cortez-Garcia, 36, 23, High Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for first degree forgery and sixth degree larceny.

Milton Jiminez-Discua, 41, 90 Sutton Drive, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for illegal operation of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Andrew Kapusta, 27, 503 Den Road, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for drinking while driving, possession of narcotics, and various other vehicle-related offenses.

Crescenzo Malagisi, 36, 27 Maple Street, Norwalk, was arrested Tuesday for second degree breach of peace and sixth degree larceny.

Julio Salvador-Cumes, 35, 114 Ludlow Street, Stamford, was arrested Monday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Shannon Tallcouch, 20, 40 Maplewood Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for second degree assault, reckless endangerment, and breach of peace.
