Arrest Made In Theft Of Stamford Hospital Computers
A Stamford man faces charges he stole electronic equipment from Stamford Hospital earlier this year.
Fred Santaliz, 33, of 123 Harbor Dr. , was arrested at 1:40 p.m. July 12, according to Stamford Police. He was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.
The charges stem from "the theft of electronics and personal effects of employees in February and March. 2013," said Sgt. Lawrence Brown.
Two laptop computers were taken from the hospital's physical therapy department as well as a wallet and credit cards.
