I came upon this accident right after it happened and just before the police arrived. One of the drivers (I presume he was in the vehicle shown in the photo) was stumbling around on the side of the road. He was obviously in shock. It was rather upsetting to see, and I'm happy to hear there were no serious injuries. As for the idiots that refused to pull over for the police and ambulance both with lights flashing and sirens, what I have to say about you is not fit for print, but I will say this YOU SUCK! There's no excuse for your blatant ignorance.
