10-Man Restaurant Altercation Results In Two Arrests

Milton Jimenez, 41, and Jesus Marcia, 28, both of Stamford, were arrested Wednesday morning and charged with third degree assault, conspiracy to commit assault, and breach of peace.

"There was an altercation that happened between 10 or so males," SPD's Sgt. Vaccaro said. According to Vaccaro, the fight, which occurred at a restaurant located at 37 Manhattan Street, was over by the time police arrived.

"The victim identified the suspects as Jimenez and Marcia," Vaccaro said. The unidentified victim suffered a laceration to his right pinky. Jimenez and Marcia will be in court later this week.

Beverly Asher-Thomas, 52, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for issuing a bad check over $1,000.

Kenneth J. Johnson, 25, Fairfield, was arrested Tuesday for third degree burglary, first degree larceny, and first degree criminal mischief.
Mohund P. Malki, 26, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for third degree assault.

Andrea Medina, 51, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.

Maurice Wash, 23, Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for first degree criminal trespass.
