Debra Ponzek

With restaurants in Greenwich, Riverside, and Darien and a cooking school and catering location in Stamford — has come a long way since their first restaurant opened in 1995. Chef Ponzek has since written three cookbooks and been named one of “Food & Wine” magazine’s “Ten Best New Chefs.”

Don't know the name of the chef, but Zody's 19th Hole has always produced fabulous dinners. Everything on the menu, from shellfish to filet is delicous, wonderfully prepared, beautifully presented, and moderately priced...

It's a little-known fact that Freddy the chef at Tiernan's turns out a pretty amazing chicken curry dish ... One thing I have to say about Tappo's is that the tiramisu is otherworldly.
