Self Confidence is Key for Success With Karate Kids in Stamford CT

Karate Classes in Stamford CT

All parents want their children to be confident and do well in life, so at a young age parents look for their children to enroll in Karate classes.  Little do they know that karate classes only give a false sense of confidence.

I used to take Karate Classes as a young child, and I earned my black belt in Karate.  With that, I know how Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the only way to truly build true self confidence in a child or adult.

Karate and other traditional Martial Arts are impractical for self defense and takes years upon years to actually be able to use it in certain self defense situation.  MMA like we teach at the Tiger Schulmann’s in Stamford,Ct will build that self confidence in all of our students.  Only within a few months you’ll know how to defend yourself in ANY situation, not certain situations.  We combine Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing to make an unequaled stand up self defense.  That’s not good enough to be completely confident, because what happens if a bully gets past those punches and kicks and grabs, chokes and holds your child on the ground?  This is where my close range self defense comes into play, my ground self defense will give your child the confidence, ability and knowledge to release from any type of a close range self defense situation.
