Public hearing Monday Jan 13th To save historic 1880 Farmhouse on Seaside Ave

Seaside Avenue's historic Farmhouse built in 1880s one of the last of it's kind in Stamford is scheduled for demolition to make way for a MEGA housing development that has 17 units and is at odds with the architectural character of the neighborhood. This proposed structure can create traffic problems and water drainage problems for the residents of the Avenue and surrounding streets.  Come to the meeting to share your concerns to let developers have a chance to save the old farmhouse and incorporate residents needs in the final design of this new development. Meeting in tonight January 13th at 7pmat the government center 888 Washington Blvd in the Cafeteria on the 4th floor and help save Stamford's Historical value.
