Our organization's professional home stay team is currently looking for interested and loving host families in Stamford and the surrounding areas. There is a Chinese high school student (a boy) currently attending a local private school in Stamford with access to school transportation. Multiple semester and year commitments are rewarded and strongly encouraged.

By providing a safe and nurturing home stay environment, American Homestay Services promotes involvement in the American culture and family life. Host family will be compensated $1000+ a month through the company with options for traveling reimbursement and will received support locally during the student's stay. In order to be considered for this hosting arrangement, AHS will ask for the following documents: an application, background/clearance signature, photo release signature, and W9.

Requirements for hosting include:
1. Greeting the student at the airport upon arrival.

2. Being approved by the local coordinator during a conducted home visit. Pass clearance check.

3. Providing a furnished, private room for a student with access to internet.

4. Providing daily meals (3x per day on weekends; 2x per day on weekdays - lunch at school).
