On Friday May 2nd at 7pm, Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts of Stamford, Ct will be hosting a WomanSafe Seminar. This is a Personal Safety and Self-Defense Seminar for Women in the Community for Fairfield County Connecticut.

This is a Free Seminar that provides important information on Women’s safety, rape education, and domestic abuse prevention. Afterwards, hands-on self-defense instruction is taught by certifed Tiger Schulmann's Instructors.

Come learn a practical street-wise self-defense and have to confidence to walk around your community with our fear or an attacker.
