Connecticut Kickboxing Classes Better Than Weight Loss Programs

A research study by the Annals of Internal Medicine (link here) showed nine of the ten most popular weight loss programs in the country showed absolutely no proof of success. Only one had any documentation and that showed it’s average participant lost ten pounds in the first year but gained most of that back before two more years had passed.
