Stamford's Jay Inzitari named a Fairfield County Leader at 2012 "40 Under 40" Ceremony

40 Under 40 Fairfield County Professionals were recognized last night in Stamford CT for their Professional Leadership Qualities and their Commitment to the Community.

Thursday night, June 21st, “40 Under 40” Fairfield County professionals were recognized for their leadership qualities, commitment to professional development and personal achievement at a celebratory event held at the High Ridge Corporate Office Park where Jay Inzitari, one of RMS Companies’ Senior Project Managers was a well-deserved recipient.

Jay Inzitari of Stamford was one of 40 business professionals in Fairfield County recognized. Jay has been a dedicated Project Manager with the RMS Companies, a real estate development firm, for over 15 years. His commitment to his profession and personal achievements is exhibited each and every day on the job. Jay’s
attention to detail and deadlines, customers and clients and his conscientious
commitment to the community is what sets him apart from others. “Jay has been
an instrumental contributor to RMS’s growth and success over the years,” says
Randy Salvatore, President and Founder of the RMS Companies. “It is employees
and professionals like Jay, whose dedication and compassion for his work and
for our clients that add value to all of our developments and projects.”
Salvatore said.

Over the last fifteen years, Jay has been active in helping RMS give back to the community when needed. He most recently volunteered to inspire young kindergarten students at the New Canaan Nursery School where he shared Hard Hats, Tools, Architectural Drawings and building stories in hopes of inspiring the children with his passion, career and construction work.

In his work, Jay oversees numerous projects on a day to day basis from sunrise to sunset. His ability to prioritize, focus, manage dozens of workers, troubleshoot
challenges, manage safety precautions from minute to minute is exemplary in his
work and in our proven results.

Jay has volunteered and contributed to the Exchange Club of Stamford, Kids in Crisis, Hope in Motion, Boys & Girls Club of Stamford, the Bennett Cancer Center
Walk, Stamford Youth Basketball and Stamford American Little League. Most
recently, Jay participated in a personal conquest to enhance his physical
well-being by entering a “Physical Challenge Contest” where he finished in the
top 25% of the contestants. Jay Inzitari is a true role model for all future
“40 Under 40” business leaders.
