Rowayton's residential real estate market rose 19.3 percent in average home sales price as of the end of February.
According to Darien MLS reports out this week, Rowayton also saw:
-- A 4.6 percent decline in sales volume, and
-- A 20 percent drop in sales.
These figures are on a year-to-date basis, comparing January 1 through February 28, 2014 with the same period in 2013.
Rowayton also saw a 31 percent increase in average sales price, comparing February 2014 with February 2013.
