Essence of Queens - Stamford Animal Rescue Provides Hospice Care

Essence is a 10-year-old Rottweiler that is terminally ill.  She was found in a basement in Queens, NY; most likely used for breeding purposes.

STARescue is providing her with the medical care and dignity that she deserves for the remainder of her life.

She has been with us for 3 days and is settling in nicely. Her pain medication is helping her walk a bit better.  She did get sick this morning; hopefully that will pass.
