The Mondays @ 7 Group Announces a Presentation by Mercer Field, March 26th, Entitled "Creating Competitive Advantage During Career Transition"

The Mondays @ 7 job networking organization will sponsor a presentation on March 26th, by Mercer Field, President of Westport-based Core Value Coaching.  Mercer will share strategies and tactics to become the winning candidate during your job search.  She’ll cover the basics of gaining competitive advantage, benchmarking yourself against the competition, improving your marketing plan, networking, creating a positive first impression and structuring an interview in order to open discussion about your value-added to an employer.  As a career coach, Mercer has guided more than 1,000 senior level executives in transition to new positions and is a former regional President of the Association of Career Management Professionals.

 

The meeting will take place at the Westport United Methodist Church, 49 Weston Road in Westport
(Exit 42 off the Merritt Parkway.) The agenda is posted as follows:

Founded in the Spring of 2009, the Mondays @ 7 Group is one of the premier job networking organizations in Fairfield County.  The group’s membership exceeds 200 business professionals, actively involved in a job search.  Member titles span the gamut from top management, accounting/finance, sales/marketing, creative services, human resources, information technology, education, engineering, and supply chain functions to administrative personnel.  Regular meetings are held at the United Methodist Church, 49 Weston Road, Westport, CT, Monday mornings at 7:00 am.
