FILL YOUR FAIRWAY CARTS AND FILL UP SEATS WITH DESERVING CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AT THE BIG APPLE CIRCUS COMING TO STAMFORD
A special shopping day at on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from noon to 10 pm will send underserved children and their families to The Big Apple Circus on June 14, 2011 – Stamford Community Day.
The 10 hour shopping day will feature face painters, strolling performers, jugglers and several clowns from The Big Apple Circus handing out clown noses, entertaining customers and encouraging everyone in the store to help their fellow community members enjoy an unforgettable time. Customers will fill out a form to participate, and ten percent of the participating customers’ proceeds will go toward tickets to the world renowned award winning circus.
The Big Apple Circus, which will be in Stamford from June 10 thru July 4, will be offering a giveaway of a Family Four Pack of tickets at the event and will also have a discount code to purchase tickets online or by phone. Mayor Michael Pavia will be the Guest Ringmaster at the June 14th event which will have an audience of 1,600 from participating organizations including , , Mayor’s Youth Service Bureau and many others.
