Franklin Street Works is partnering with Cafe Oo La La to create a new menu at the cafe

Central to Franklin Street Works’ mission is the creation of a convivial, creative space for people to come together, discuss ideas and enjoy contemporary art.

In less than two years Franklin Street Works’ presence is rapidly growing and the art space is gaining notice in the region and beyond, garnering two Fairfield County “best of” awards, a prestigious national grant for contemporary art, positive written reviews and more.  In an effort to keep our food as fresh as our art, FSW has retooled the café for a more diverse and distinctive menu.

Visitors to Franklin Street Works can now enjoy fresh beer from independent breweries such as Two Roads (Connecticut), Long Trail (Vermont), Harpoon IPA (Massachusetts) and more, adding to the space’s offerings of wine, natural sodas and coffee.

In the way of lunch and snacks, the café has refreshed their menu for summer and partnered with Stamford’s Café Oo La La to provide seasonal wraps, salads, soups, and sandwiches for hungry visitors.  As always, the menu of the café caters to a variety of tastes, offering vegetarian and gluten-free lunch options as well as vegan cookies and all natural chips.

Purchasing beverages and lunch at the café directly supports contemporary art at Franklin Street Works, including free, public programs, events, workshops and exhibitions.
