It was love at first bite for me, because the first thing I put in my mouth was this homemade bread served with maple butter! What an addictive flavor combo. I could not stop eating this goody. It helped set the tone for all the wonderful food yet to come.
The Café Burger is a must try on this menu. It is exceptionally juicy and oozing with flavors of caramelized onions, mushrooms, white cheddar and horseradish aioli.
I also love the Braised Short Rib on the small plates menu. Meat was literally falling off the bone – as it should be. Flavors were deep and rich as with any labor of love. Pure perfection!

The Stonington Scallops made for a stunning plate with a sauce made of sweet peppers, cilantro and jalapeno. Sweet and spicy flavor combination with the cilantro adding a fresh herb twist. Nicely done!
