Renowned 'Whisky Jewbilee' to make Suburban Debut at Grand Prix New York

Popular Manhattan Whisky-Tasting Event for Jewish Whisky Aficionados will Raise Money for Support Connection at Oct. 9 Event in Mount Kisco. 

After years of success across the nation, a popular whisky-tasting event is coming to Westchester.

Organized by Jewish Whisky Company, the Whisky Jewbilee will feature more than 45 major whisky brands representing more than 200 different whiskies. The event will be held on October 9 at Grand Prix New York, one Westchester’s premiere venues for fun and fundraisers.

A portion of the proceeds will go toward Support Connection – a Yorktown Heights-based not-for-profit organization that provides free, confidential services to people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. To learn more, visit www.supportconnection.org or call (914) 962-6402.

For the suburban whisky fan, this is the event of the year – but there’s a twist. Whisky Jewbilee is designed specifically for Jewish whisky enthusiasts. Glatt Kosher cuisine will be provided by Ari White, Executive Chef, Gemstone Caterers, Pitboss, Wandering Que.

There will be games and racing at Grand Prix NY from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The grand tasting and dinner begins at 7 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. Tickets are $110 and can be purchased at www.whiskyjewbilee.com. There is a maximum capacity of 600 people for this event, so participants are encouraged to buy tickets early to guarantee entry.
