Pacific Swim Bike Run Time Trial- EVERY Wins

Each participant will receive his/her
Critical Power numbers and Zones calculated by our USAT Coaches. Everyone is a winner! 


Prizes include a Rear Zipp 808, ON
Running Shoes for a year, 4 Months of Coached Training, Private Yoga Session,

Health Coaching by Maggie Converse, or a pair of Hoka One One Running shoes. 


Each rider will be on their own bike and will be competing against the clock on a course that will mimic riding the course outdoors as to speed, watts, distance, grade and gearing. There will be a total of (3) 13 person heats for men and women. 39 Male Riders, 39 Female Riders to start.  The first heat goes off at 9am.  It is an Elimination Format.  The top 4 male and female riders move on from heat 1 to heat 2 in each bracket.  The top 2 finishers from heat 2 in each bracket move on to the finals.  There will be 6 Men and 6 Women competing in the Final Heat for the top prizes.

If
you don't place in the Top 3 you will still go home with your Critical
