GREENWICH FASHION ON THE AVENUE TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 12

Greenwich Avenue will transform into the ultimate high fashion
catwalk with an evening of style in celebration of its annual ‘Fashion on the Avenue’ event on Thursday, September 12.

Greenwich Avenue will be closed from Lewis
to Elm Streets for a live outdoor ‘red carpet’ runway show beginning at 6:00
p.m. featuring local retailers and designers.  This year’s show is twice the size of
last year, with over 80 models expected to strut the best of the Fall
collections down the Avenue.  The
show will also feature a performance by dancers from The Arthur Murray Grande
Ballroom of Greenwich, and a car show of ‘sexy’ models presented by
Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich.

Fashion on the Avenue is free and open to
the public to attend.
