Tricks of the Trade: Outsmarting Investment Fraud
Please join us as Jackie MacKnight of the Better Business Bureau discusses how to “outsmart” investment fraud. Investment Fraud is currently the most under reported type of fraud and can be incredibly damaging to victims. In a recent Financial Industry Regulatory Authority study, 20% of those surveyed reported being misled or defrauded, and 80% of those same people did not report it. The program will cover three primary areas - Risk Factors, Persuasion and Prevention – followed by a question and answer forum.
