This week we are focusing on the letter F, so lets go fishing with our kids! We will be making paper plate fish with lots of colors and materials for the children to explore.
Join us from 9-10am with your strollers as we offer a workout designed specifically for moms in a fantastic new Stroller Barre format! Pregnant and post-natal moms are welcome. Bring those children in those strollers for a great workout using the Stroller Barre! Your first class is FREE!
Immediately following class we'll hold our Fish playgroup from 10-10:20am (or whenever the children are done!)

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. You do not need to be in shape to take our class; we are here to help you meet your fitness goals without paying for childcare or gym daycare!
Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
In Stroller Barre we tailor our strength training to incorporate isometric holds & balances, much like you would find in a yoga, ballet, pilates, or bar style class.
This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"
