Round Hill Country Dances at North Stamford Congregational Church

Hurray for May!  Spring seems to be here at last and we'll celebrate with a traditional ContraDance featuring calling by Marty Fager and live music from Fingerplay (Jonathan Brandt, Helen White, Lisa Bueno) from NYC.  Come dance under the May Pole!

The dancing starts at 7:30 with a short beginner lesson for those new to contra dance.  Beginners are always welcome.  Then we dance from 8 to 11 pm with a break around 9:30 to enjoy refreshments and socializing.  We are alcohol free.  Come by yourself or bring your friends.  You don't need a partner.  We suggest comfortable clothing and soft-soled, low-heeled shoes (no spikes please).

All are welcome. The cost is $12 (student ID $10, 8-18 yrs $5).  Newcomers receive a free pass for the next dance.  Regular dances are held on the second Saturday of each month.  Come see what it's all about!  Presented by Round Hill Country Dances, www.roundhill.net.
