Mama needs to get out of the house after Sandy! What better reason than to workout and show off your little ones darling Halloween costume in a safe space?

Join us from 9-10am with your strollers as we offer a workout designed specifically for moms! Pregnant and post-natal moms are welcome. Bring those children in those strollers for a great workout talking about pumpkins. Your first class is FREE!

After class we'll have a costume parade and cheer those babies on followed by a small playgroup upstairs letting the babies run, jump, crawl, and explore the safe playspace upstairs.

We'd love to have ALL mommies join us as we know you and baby need to get out of the house in a safe place after the storm.

**BE SURE TO CALL OUR CLASS INFORMATION LINE that morning to confirm class is outside. 1-888-696-1891 OR http://www.facebook.com/StrollerStridesCT

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. You do not need to be in shape to take our class; we are here to help you meet your fitness goals without paying for childcare or gym daycare!

Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"
