Annual OPEN STUDIOS and HOLIDAY SHOPPING at WALA in SONO this weekend!
Do your holiday shopping early this
season with one of a kind works of art in multiple media! The Wilson Avenue
Loft Artists group provides the public an opportunityto purchase artwork of all types at
the group’s Annual Holiday Open Studios. Included in this Open Studios,
collectors will find drawing, painting, printmaking, mixed media, ceramic,
photography and jewelry for holiday gift giving at all price levels. Thirteen
accomplished artists from the Fairfield County area will be present and
available to discuss their studio work and commissioned work is taken on by all
of the artists.
In conjunction with this event, visitors can view the current exhibition in the gallery, "THE SPACE BETWEEN", which included a compelling range of bold and subtle works of art in representational and abstract genres. The studios are open Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm at 225 Wilson Avenue via the parking lot off of Ely Avenue. Access to the studios is both by outdoor staircase and elevator for handicapped visitors. Come by and shop for special items!
