As of 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, voter turnout for the 5 p.m. hour came in at 14,989 across all districts, less than 5,000 more than the 10,868 total at 2 p.m. and shy of even 30-percent of the roughly 59,100 registered voters in the city of Stamford. 

Polls are open until 8 p.m. Tuesday, so there's still 2.5 hours of solid voting opportunity left. Be sure to participate in your civic duties!

As of 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, voter turnout for the 2 p.m. hour stood at 10,868 across all districts, just shy of 20-percent of the roughly 59,100 registered voters in the city of Stamford.

As of just after noon on Tuesday, voter turnout so far by 11 a.m. stood at 7,004 across all districts, a touch over 12-percent of the roughly 59,100 registered voters in the city of Stamford.

Tuesday is Election Day! A day where we cast our ballots and elect our leaders and participate like good citizens should in our hard-fought freedom to participate in a democracy. Below, you'll find all the information you need for the Election Day festivities on Tuesday. First, you'll find a list of all the candidates running for each of the open seats available throughout the city, followed by a list of the polling locations around town. If you're unsure of your proper voting district, check out this link at the Stamford city government website and plug in your address. Polls open at 6 a.m. and stay open until 8 p.m.

If you haven't registered to vote yet, Tuesday will be the first time Connecticut voters can register on election day and cast their ballot right then and there. Here's the low-down on that.
