Stamford Police Issue Wanted Notice for Woodland Place Shooter
Police ID'd the man as the suspect who opened fire on a Jeep.
Stamford Police issued early Monday morning a wanted notice for a 25-year-old man they said was the suspect involved in a Woodland Place shooting.
According to the police, Howard Rose should be considered armed and dangerous. He allegedly fled on foot from 24 Woodland Place after opening fire on a Jeep that pulled into a parking area there.
Rose is said to have fled on foot toward Ludlow Street after the incident and is known to frequent the areas of Woodland Place, Ludlow Street, S. Pacific Street and Henry Street, the latter being the site of another shooting incident.
Rose is a black mal, 5-feet eight-inches to five-feet nine-inches tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds, with a full beard and low-cropped haircut.
