Sale of Certain Illegal Drugs, Second-Degree Forgery

Jennifer Marie Boyts, 25, of 1000 Bank St., New London, was arrested Monday for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a narcotic, sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in an organized container.

Trevor Travis, 26, of 477 Cowperthwaite St., Danbury, was arrested Monday two counts of possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a narcotic, sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in an organized container.

Oscar Guicoy-Velasco, 25, of 39 Southfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for three counts of second-degree forgery, resisting arrest and failure to use a seat belt in the front seat.
