According to the release the new Stamford location includes “access to the hotel amenities, including a fitness center, spa, pool, restaurants, and the opportunity to rent a variety of conference spaces and hotel room options for out-of-town colleagues and clients.”

As reported on in April, the space was originally scheduled for completion in August.

In that article, Adam J. Stark, president of Stark Office Suites, told Patch that clients will not only appreciate the amenities of the space and the convenience of being in the same building as a hotel, they will also appreciate the sense of community it can provide.

"The space has the ability to offer a whole community, which is essential, especially if you are a sole practitioner," Stark said at the time. "Clients will become part of a small neighborhood of colleagues that they can socialize with. That's a nice element because being a sole practitioner can be lonely. A social element is added to the mix."

Clients will also have access to Stark's other offices in Westchester and Manhattan for when they're traveling and need to conduct business meetings.

Depending on the services a client selects, monthly rent for an office in the Stamford location could range between $1,500-$4,500 Stark said in the report. He declined to reveal how much his company is spending on the project.

Not only was Stark impressed by the space, which offers stunning views of the downtown Stamford and Manhattan, he told Patch’s Chandra Johnson Greene that he was also impressed with the city itself.

"A lot of companies are moving into the city," he said in the April article. "It's fast becoming a thriving business center. With UBS and RBS opening their headquarters here and with Starwood purchasing a big block of space in the city, all signs point here. This is really where we want to be."
