Arrests: First Degree Forgery, Public Possession of Marijuana, Criminal Lockout

Valentin Briones, 26, 110 Deacon St., Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for first degree forgery.

Carlos Castro-Villalobos, 32, 23 Orlando Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for third degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

Joel Cortez-Garcia, 36, 23 High Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for first degree forgery and sixth degree larceny.

Maria M. Garcia, 25, 768 Calhoun Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for failure to insure a private motor vehicle and various other vehicle-related offenses.

John F. Hilton, 56, 90 Akbar Road, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct, criminal lockout, risk of injury to a child, and interfering with an officer.

Andrew Kapusta, 27, 503 Den Road, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana and drinking while driving.

Crescenzo Malagisi, 36, 27 Maple Street, Norwalk, was arrested Tuesday for breach of peace and sixth degree larceny.

Rodney McDonald, 44, 8 Custer Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for evading responsibility and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Macario Morales, 25, 418 Elm Street, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.

Paul M. Polak, 22, 81 White Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for the possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Ricardo Richards, 48, 367 Beechwood Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for the possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Hector Rivera-Carrera, 29, 284 Selleck Street, Stamford, has been charged with first degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first degree larceny, and third degree forgery. He was arrested for other offenses in July.

Fidel Soto, 24, 52 Merrel Ave., Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for possession marijuana.

Glenn Syska, 49, 25 Monroe Street, Norwalk, was arrested Wednesday for disorderly conduct.
