Local Stamford Company Named Finalist for 2014 Housewares Design Awards

The True Glow Sonic Facial Brush from Conair Corporation, a Stamford company, was selected as a Finalist for the Personal, Health & Garment Care category in the prestigious 2014 Housewares Design Awards.  This means that it is in the running for the “Best of the Best” Awards that will be given to the best housewares products of the year at the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels.

The Housewares Design Awards is the industry’s premier independent awards competition.  Winners will be announced at the Housewares Design Awards presentation ceremony and luncheon on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the New York Marriott Marquis.
The Conair True Glow Sonic Facial Brush is a face and body cleansing device that uses sonic technology, with the brush head operating at 300 oscillations per second, that is said to clean dirt and makeup from pores without irritation. Features include three speeds and a 60 second automatic even cleanse timer and two brush attachments for facial and body cleansing.

An independent panel of judges selected the True Glow Sonic Facial Brush as a finalist based on its superior design, appearance, function and originality. The Housewares Design Awards are presented by HomeWorld Business and sponsored by NY Now®, Gourmet Insider Magazine and Whitford Corporation. Product submission and judging process is managed by Housewares Design Awards LLC.
