Stamford Health Integrated Practices Leases Space at 1111 Summer Street
The group is expected to move its administrative offices to the new location in April.
Stamford Health Integrated Practices, a partnership of local physicians, healthcare specialists and , has reportedly signed a six-year-lease for a 9,014-square-foot space at 1111 Summer Street in downtown Stamford.
According to a release posted on Citybizlist.com, SHIP has leased a suite in one of the two buildings that comprise the 123,578-square-foot downtown corporate campus managed by Landlord Maiden Lane Company.
The group is expected to move into its new location in April, the release states.

According to a report in the Stamford Advocate the group will consolidate its administrative offices — which are currently spread across multiple locations — at the new downtown office.
Tim Rorick, a senior managing director with office, who handled the transaction, reportedly told the Advocate that there are about 25,000 square feet available at 1111 Summer Street and only 3,000 square feet left at its “sister” building at 1177 Summer Street. Meanwhile Stamford’s ‘Class A’ office vacancy rate continues to , according to the report.
